We have taken
out most risks associated with importation and overseas
money transfers to unknown companies. All payments pertaining
to importation is handled by Archinet Inc., parent company
of JDMcars.ca. Which gives you the peace of mind in
dealing with a Canadian company which complies with
Canadian laws and regulations.
The buying process is simple and straight forward. We
offer free and absolutely no obligation consultation.
Once you have selected the model to buy, we will work
out approximate cost based on recent auction prices,
we would also explain all other costs involved like
shipping and insurance.

Step 1: Contact
Us |

The very first
step of any buying process would be deciding on what
you want to buy. Most of our clients are very precise
on what they want (make and model). If you are not sure
or would like to know if there would be a better option,
just contact us through a detailed e-mail. We are happy
to provide free and no obligation quotes and consultaion. |

Step 2: Cost Calculation
& Decision to Import |
|

Upon reviewing
we would reply back with a price range on the vehicle
(make, model and year) you want to buy. (refer Cost
Calculation page). At this point you would either
decide to proceed further or hold on for further discussion.
Whatever may be your decision just let us know. |

Step 3: Pay Deposit |

Step
4: Select the Vehicle You Like |
|
| |
Once we have received your deposit, a private web
page will be created for you. Your personal web page
on our site will be updated almost every day. Note:
This private page will only contain vehicle information
pertaining to your order.
The information presented to you are current, that
is information of vehicles currently listed by the
auction house, to be auctioned in the near future
at a predetermined time and date. The personal page
will cover information such as Auction date, Model
year, Model Code, Mileage, Features and Vehicle Condition
Grade along with two photos. Our personal comments
will also be available to help you make a better choice.
We will also send e-mails every time your page has
been updated with new vehicles, while old and expired
listings are removed. At this point you do not have
to reply to our e-mail's just keep looking until you
see the vehicle you like.

Step 5: Submit Buy Order |
|

When you come across the vehicle you like, you will
submit a "buy order". The submission of
the buy order should be done quick, allowing us to
participate in the auction and to perform a physical
inspection prior to the auction, ensuring the vehicle
matches the auction grading.
The submission of the buy order can be done via signed
fax document or by email from your email address that
is used during the time of registration. You can download
the buy order agreement form from your personal web
page where the vehicle is listed. Please read FAQ
#17,18,19.

Step 6: Successful Buy Order
& Full Payment |

Our agent in
Japan will proceed with the buy order after a physical
inspection. In the event of successful bid we would
inform you immediately about the new vehicle you have
just bought and congratulations! We will send you the
invoice for your purchase based on the final
bid price plus other charges including shipping,
insurance and other fees described in the cost
calculations page. If we are handling the customs
clearance in Canada, the invoice will also include estimated
import duty and GST. This payment should be wire transferred
to our
account within 36 hours. Please

Step 7: Shipment and Estimated
Arrival Date to Canada. |

Once the payment
is received your vehicle will be transported to the
port, de-registration and other procedures will be carried
out to be shipped on the next available shipment schedule
to Canada. All the documents pertaining to the consignment
will be forwarded to us. If you are going to complete
the customs clearance in Canada, we would send all the
necessary paper work to your mailing address. For inspection
